At Parkfield Angling Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
